One of the best ways to channel the traffic on today's social networks is to put your business into Facebook and Twitter. Sympact can do the following for you:

• Create a Facebook business page: People can 'Like' your page and when they do, every status update you make will appear on their 'Wall'. This is seen by themselves (by way of viewing their own wall, and by way of a notification), and is also seen by anyone viewing that person's wall.
• Add your First Status Update: We will post your status update explaining what your business is, and what your products or services are.
• Create a facebook web address: This will allow people to easily share and visit your Facebook business page. For example: www.facebook.com/yourbusiness
• Add a Custom Facebook Page welcome screen: This will include your logo and branding, as well as an introduction to your business, and how to contact you.
• Add Photos to your Facebook profile: We will upload photos of your business location, branding and collateral, staff and/or products depending upon your requirements and type of business.
• Create a Twitter Account: This will allow you to communicate with Twitter followers. We will brand it with your logo and colours.
• Add your First Tweet: We will post your first tweet explaining what your business is, and what your products or services are.
• Embed your Facebook wall and/or Twitter tweets into your website*: This is for additional exposure and reference for visitors who don't have social media accounts or access.
• Set-up your Sympact CMS to update your Facebook status and to Tweet*: A simple one-step interface within your Sympact CMS content management system allows you to post to all social media accounts without you having to access Facebook or Twitter. It's easy, and you can send posts each time you add or update articles, or each time you send an email campaign (with short URL links to your page or newsletter). You can even plan posts to go out on a certain date and time.
• Add Social Media tools to your website*: We will add Facebook 'Like', Twitter 'Tweet' and Google 'Plus 1' buttons to relevant areas and articles of your website.
• Send your Facebook and Twitter comments to your email: This allows for quick and easy access to interactions that are occurring on your social media pages. It will remind you to log in and respond to any questions or comments that are being posted to your Facebook or Twitter accounts.
• Remind you to remain active*: It is not only of paramount importance to respond to any comments made through your social media sites, but it is also vital to success that you post updates and tweets regularly. We will remind you once a week of how many posts you've made, and if you need to increase your frequency based on our initial goals for you.
• Facebook Mini-Site: This is a mini-website that appears as a tab in your Facebook page. It could include forms, database entries, or anything else that you would like in Facebook but that needs to interact with your websites database. This task is on a per-job basis and is not included in the price listed on this document.
