The Process: How We Work

Sympact will design your website through the following process:

  1. We will meet with you in person or via phone or email to discuss your requirements. We may, at your request, issue a pre-proposal quote if required prior to discussing your requirements in full.
  2. You will approve the proposal either via fax or online. This includes agreement to our terms and conditions.
  3. You will provide all artwork required for the mock-up.
  4. We will design a mockup of your website in Photoshop (as a single piece of artwork), and send to you in JPG format for your review.
  5. We will alter the artwork until you are happy with the design.
  6. We will then convert the artwork into a working XHTML website.
  7. We will integrate the code into the WebSym website management system.
  8. You will either provide initial content, or will retain for entry by you or your staff.
  9. We will load in your initial content (if required - up to 5 hours allowed in the quote).
  10. We will give you a secure preview website address to review your website.
  11. You will give us the approval to launch the website.
  12. We will launch the website, and submit an invoice.
  13. We will optimise your site for search engine listings, and register it with the major search engines. Click here to learn more about our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) service.
  14. We will train your staff on how to use the WebSym system (up to 1 hour - remotely provided)
  15. We will present to you a proposal for post-launch marketing and usage opportunities (most are at no additional cost). Click here for an overview of our post-launch proposal.
